batching benefits

Happy Monday!

This past week, I hosted my two business partners in Toronto.

The weather was amazing.

We spent a day hanging out on the beach and swimming on the island…

Had dinner at the CN Tower…

And even squeezed in some time at the arcade, which is fast becoming a tradition for our team offsites.

Here we are taking a walk by the harbor after dinner:

Now, contrary to what you might assume…

We actually didn’t do a ton of work.

Instead, these trips are more about spending some quality time together IRL than goalsetting for Q3.

Luckily, I wasn’t stressing about what to write about…

Or scrambling to get my newsletter out each day.

That’s because I batched the entire week’s worth of emails the week before.

This is one of the biggest benefits of running an email-based business…

And having a step-by-step system to produce good emails predictably and consistently.

You don’t always have to be “going live”...

Coming up with clever and business-themed content to post on your IG stories…

Or replying to 50+ comments on a daily basis.

If you’re going on a trip, hosting friends from out of town, or simply want to take a week off…

You can write and schedule all your emails in advance…

Then kick back and enjoy…

Knowing your emails are out there building “know, like & trust” and selling for you.

Like I did last week.

Some food for thought as you design your dream lifestyle :)

P.S:

On a related note…

Next week, tickets will go on sale for a new live workshop I’m doing called:

“The AI Storyselling Machine”

Inside, I’ll be revealing the simple AI Storyselling system you can use to write profitable daily emails in 15 minutes or less…

Even if you’re busy with client work and don’t know what to write about.

This includes the exact prompts, workflows, and training materials you need to quickly duplicate it for yourself.

Plus you’ll see a live demo of the entire process from story idea to finished email.

Candidly, this has been a game-changer for me.

I’ve been using AI to write more and more of my emails over the past few months… especially when I’m traveling, busy with client work, or feeling stuck on what to write about.

(or hosting friends from out of town like I was this week ;)

Best part is, I’ve done it without sacrificing my authentic voice.

No AI word slop needed.

Anyhow, if you struggle to find time to write good emails and feel like you’ve been neglecting your list…

You won’t want to miss this one.

So stay tuned for more :)
