leads vs buyers

True story:

When I launched my 15-Minute Emails That Sell Crash Course back in 2024, I had just under 2,000 subscribers.

Most of these had come from social media or lead gen ads I'd been running.

And the Crash Course was a $37 offer.

So I thought it would perform well.

Turns out, I was dead wrong.

My launch brought in a very mediocre $699 in sales.

(and that’s including a few upsells)

As disappointing as that was...

I was eager to pick up the pieces and learn from it.

So I sent a survey to everyone who'd visited the sales page to find out why they didn't buy.

The number one reason?

"It's too expensive."

At first, I took this feedback at face value and started thinking about how I could retool the offer to justify a lower price point…

But then it began to dawn on me:

My offer wasn't expensive in an absolute sense... it was expensive to the people who were on my list.

You see, I had trained my audience to expect everything for free.

They'd joined my list in exchange for a free lead magnet and gotten used to receiving valuable content without paying anything.

So when I finally asked them to open their wallets…

Even for just $37...

It felt like a massive leap.

This is the hidden cost of traditional lead generation:

You're conditioning people to be non-buyers.

But with a Tiny Visual Book Funnel…

You flip this dynamic upside down.

Instead of training people to expect freebies...

You're immediately establishing that your expertise has value.

Even though your book is priced at just $3-$7...

You're breaking down that psychological barrier to purchasing right away.

And once someone becomes a buyer…

They're much more likely to buy again…

Especially when their first purchase massively overdelivers in the way a Tiny Visual Book does.

This means when you do launch higher-ticket offers…

Your audience is already in "buyer mode."

The same offer that seems "too expensive" to freebie seekers…

… feels like a natural next step to pre-sold buyers.

Meanwhile:

You're also repelling all the TRUE non-buyers on a “value crusade” to extract as much info as possible from you without spending a nickel.

So...

If you're tired of having an audience that thinks everything should be free...

Then grab your ticket to the workshop below for only $97.

I'll show you exactly how to use a Tiny Visual Book Funnel to build a list of pre-sold buyers who actually value your expertise…

Even if you don't have a book yet...

Even if you're not a copywriter or designer...

And even if you've never run ads before.

The workshop is happening live on Tuesday, June 10th at 11 AM ET.

Tickets are only available until June 9th at midnight.

You'll also get lifetime access to the recording, slides, and bonuses if you can't make it live.
