selling your sawdust

Another important concept for info businesses:

“Selling your sawdust.”

It comes from woodworking…

Where sawdust is a waste product.

You see, the clever ones realized they could sell their sawdust to people who needed it for stuff like animal bedding or particle board…

Allowing them to profit twice from a single project.

In other words:

Look for ways to monetize the byproducts of your work.

For example:

I recently put together a Google doc for private clients on my 8-day protocol for launching new offers.

This is because I found myself repeating the same stuff over and over.

So my primary objective was to save time.

Then, after creating the doc…

I realized I could turn it into a 2-step for the rest of my list.

Now I’ve got 50+ reviews on my Facebook Page…

And I barely had to lift a finger.

Because the work was already done.

All I had to do was write a quick email to my list about it.

I could also turn it into a low-ticket offer…

Or release it as a limited time bonus for something else I wanted to promote.

That’s the power of selling your sawdust.

It allows you to profit a second time from work you’ve already done.

So, ask yourself:

What are the byproducts or leftovers of your work with clients and customers?

And, more importantly:

How can you monetize them?

Something to chew on :)

P.S:

Next week, tickets will go on sale for my brand new workshop:

“The Tiny Visual Book Funnel”

This is how I’ve added 3,500+ buyers to my list profitably over the last 6 months.

And in the workshop, I’ll be breaking down the entire funnel step-by-step…

Including the exact copy, creatives, sales page, and upsells I’m using to spend $500+ per day on ads and make money while acquiring customers.

So if you’d like to install this funnel into your business and build a list of buyers with paid ads…

Then you prob won’t wanna miss it ;)

More details coming soon.
